• Manage a team of Front-end Engineers;
• Participate in Performance reviews and 1-1 meetings;
• Communicating with product and other teams, formulating technical requirements for new product features, and supporting/bringing them to production;
• Supporting and improving current features to enhance the user experience;
• Migration from jQuery to Vue;
• Implement and support best Front-end practices (performance, security, maintainability, etc);
• Code quality improvements to increase stability, improve developer experience and accelerate time-to-market;
• Monitoring and eliminating technical debt;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our products;
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

• 5+ years of Frontend development experience;
• 1+ year of Team/Teach Lead position experience;
• Deep knowledge of Vue.js and Typescript;
• Knowledge of software design patterns;
• Vision beyond only Frontend development (backends, microservices, integrations);
• Experience with modern Front End Dev Ops (NPM, WebPack, Gulp, Babel, etc);
• Strategic, structured and analytical thinking.
• Understand CI/CD.

• Experience in web graphics, animations, and it’s optimization;
• Experience in page performance optimizing for maximum speed and scalability;
