Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-mail marketing strategy for customer retention and reactivation.
- Adapt content for e-mail campaigns, including text and images.
- Create and optimize targeted e-mail campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, bonus information, etc.
- Audience segmentation for effective targeting based on user interests and preferences.
- Generate ideas for optimization and support of user communication channels (email, SMS, push).
- Analyze e-mail campaign metrics: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates.
- Optimize strategy based on data insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to create quality campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective e-mail marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor changes in e-mail marketing requirements and implement necessary adjustments.
- Support user activity and engagement.
- Maintain documentation for projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-mail and web-push marketing, preferably in iGaming, Fintech, or e-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in fundamental principles and tools of e-mail marketing, understanding of audience segmentation methods, and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with email service providers such as Customer.io and similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics systems.
- Experience in hypothesis generation for A/B testing, validation, testing, and analysis of results.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle stage dynamics.
- Ability to integrate and configure necessary tools (tasking developers when needed).
- Experience in analyzing metrics and utilizing them to optimize e-mail marketing strategy.
- Understanding of Real-time retention marketing.
- Creative approach to template design for emails.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Copywriting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
