Retention Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-mail marketing strategy for customer retention and reactivation.
  • Adapt content for e-mail campaigns, including text and images.
  • Create and optimize targeted e-mail campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, bonus information, etc.
  • Audience segmentation for effective targeting based on user interests and preferences.
  • Generate ideas for optimization and support of user communication channels (email, SMS, push).
  • Analyze e-mail campaign metrics: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates.
  • Optimize strategy based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to create quality campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective e-mail marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor changes in e-mail marketing requirements and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Support user activity and engagement.
  • Maintain documentation for projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-mail and web-push marketing, preferably in iGaming, Fintech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proficiency in fundamental principles and tools of e-mail marketing, understanding of audience segmentation methods, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with email service providers such as Customer.io and similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics systems.
  • Experience in hypothesis generation for A/B testing, validation, testing, and analysis of results.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle stage dynamics.
  • Ability to integrate and configure necessary tools (tasking developers when needed).
  • Experience in analyzing metrics and utilizing them to optimize e-mail marketing strategy.
  • Understanding of Real-time retention marketing.
  • Creative approach to template design for emails.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Copywriting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
