Middle/Senior Recruiter
đ About you
Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter whoâs passionate about finding people that help our business grow and get better. Weâre also looking for someone whoâs proactive â ready to improve our hiring approach and support the growth of our recruiting processes as the company scales.
đȘ Your quest-line:
- Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancyâs requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
- Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions;
- Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall;
- Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking;
- Collaborate closely with the HR Department to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures;
- Maintaining corporate documents and databases up to date;
- Reporting to Lead Recruiter and hiring managers;
- Job market analysis and reviews making.
đšâđ Your in-game skin:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, ideally in dynamic product or gaming environments;
- Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., React, AWS, GitLab, Vue, CI/CD, system design) to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams;
- Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, and driving hiring decisions with confidence;
- Advanced sourcing skills using a broad range of tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, events, referrals, etc.);
- Attention to detail and process ownership â from crafting tailored job descriptions to negotiating offers and maintaining candidate pipelines;Strong stakeholder management and communication skills â able to lead discussions, present insights, and influence decision-making;
- Proactive, data-driven, and adaptable mindset; capable of operating independently and in a fast-paced environment;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

- Familiarity with CS:GO, Rust and Dota2 (and if you play one of them you are already one step closer to the team);
- Work experience in developing the employer brand locally through advertising, participation in local hiring events, etc. (for future activities).
