đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Own the full content strategy — from defining formats and setting KPIs to tracking performance and continuously optimizing across articles, blog posts, internal comms, and more;
- Plan and create content that informs, engages, and strengthens our brand voice — while building clear processes, templates, and standards to keep quality consistent and scalable;
- Build relationships with media:Â handle edits, follow editorial policies, prep texts for publishing;
- Develop and execute communication strategies, analyze performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve content outcomes;
- Lead content projects hands-on: not only coordinating writers, designers, videographers, and other contributors, but also actively contributing — writing, editing, and shaping ideas into strong final pieces;
- Own content delivery end-to-end:Â ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to publication, with clear ownership, timelines, and quality at every step;
- Take responsibility for performance:Â track what works (and what quietly flops), and build systems that make our content stronger, sharper, and more effective over time;
- Collaborate closely with HR, SMM, and others to to ensure consistent tone of voice and unified storytelling across all channels;
- Stay on top of content and communication trends — spot opportunities early and bring in approaches that actually add value, not just noise.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 3+ years of experience in content management / SMM with a fresh portfolio (please attach ✨);
- Ability to transform complex info into clear, structured, and catchy content;
- Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail — you care about quality;
- Ability to quickly dive into different topics (from marketing to product);
- Solid understanding of SEO — your texts don’t just read well, they perform well;
- Skilled at adapting to tone of voice and keeping it consistent;
- Top communication skills — you know how to ask questions, collaborate, and get to the essence;
- Experience creating photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) — from coming up with ideas and building storyboards to writing scripts and driving the creative process end-to-end. Hands-on content creation is a big plus.
- Understanding of CS ecosystem: gameplay, player behavior, community culture, as well as Steam economy and marketplace systems 🎮;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.

- Playing CS, Dota 2, or Rust yourself is a plus — it helps you stay closer to the audience and the product vibe.
- Ability to translate ideas into visual concepts for designers;
