Senior Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who will own marketing analytics quality and turn data into real business decisions.
This role is about making marketing data transparent, reliable, and actionable — and helping the team grow ROMI through insights, not just reports.
đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Own marketing analytics and ensure data transparency and reliability;
- Ensure correctness of marketing metrics across traffic sources, attribution models, and reporting tools;
- Identify data inconsistencies and investigate their root causes;
- Turn marketing data into actionable insights that improve ROMI and marketing efficiency;
- Conduct marketing research and channel audits to uncover growth opportunities and inefficiencies;
- Work closely with marketing teams (paid acquisition, influencers, retention, SMM) to support decision-making with data;
- Improve marketing analytics processes, metric definitions, and reporting logic;
- Detect risks and problem areas early and highlight them before they become critical;
- Gradually participate in building a small marketing analytics team.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics at Senior level;
- Strong experience with GA4 (setup, custom events, debugging);
- Strong understanding of attribution models, ROAS, CAC, LTV and ROMI;
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio);
- Experience working with performance marketing data and multiple traffic sources;
- Experience conducting marketing research and channel audits;
- Strong data quality mindset and ability to investigate discrepancies;
- Experience working with product funnels and user acquisition flows;
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable business insights;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
- Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects;
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare and influencer-based acquisition models;
- Experience working on international projects with multi-regional attribution;
- Experience managing a team of analysts.
