We’re looking for a Social Content Specialist – a person who understands social media beyond posting and captions.
You will research topics, shape ideas into posts, write short-form copy, and coordinate with designers and video editors to turn concepts into actual content.

💪 Your quest-line:

Monitor the CS2 gaming space: updates, discussions, creator content, memes, and trends
Identify interesting and relevant topics for social media (not obvious or recycled ones)
Turn ideas into clear post concepts and formats
Write short-form social copy (hooks, captions, 1-4 line posts, CTAs)
Prepare copies for our SMM activities on social media platforms
Adapt ideas to different platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, later: + Discord)
Prepare structured briefs for designers and video editors
Participate in brainstorming and content planning with the SMM Lead
Research and verify information before posting
Assist with publishing and maintaining daily social activity
Interact with followers in the comment section under our posts

👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:

Experience in SMM, social pages, communities, or content projects
Understands how attention works in feeds and what makes posts perform
Can explain why a post is interesting and not just write text
Writes concise, natural English (no corporate tone)
Thinks in formats and hooks, not long paragraphs
Is curious and able to independently research topics and fact-check information
Plays CS and understands the player perspective
Follows internet culture, memes, and online communities
Can come up with creative ideas and write clearly and fast
