• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role;
• Experience in Excel for crafting data visualizations and doing hands-on analysis;
• Familiarity with SQL-based databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery;
• A solid grounding in statistics and probability theory—you know the difference between correlation and causation;
• Awesome communication skills and a knack for sharing insights in a way that clicks with your team;
• High attention to detail and a curious mindset that drives you to dig deeper and find what’s really going on.

• Experience with Tableau for data visualization;
• A background in applying probability and statistics in a business context.

• Analyzing data to find trends, track changes, and solve data puzzles;
• Creating clear, engaging data visualizations (Excel wizards, step right up!) to help bring your insights to life;
• Querying databases to extract the data you need;
• Applying your understanding of statistics and probability theory to ensure your findings are reliable;
• Summarizing and sharing your insights with teams, helping drive decisions and spark new ideas;
