đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Identify and engage top talent for technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
- Use sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities) to build high-quality pipelines.
- Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that capture candidates’ attention.
- Manage pipelines and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS.
- Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review resumes, conduct short screening calls, schedule interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Share market insights, trends, and sourcing learnings with the recruiting team.
- Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and engagement.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, skilled in using sourcing techniques and tools.
- Proven ability to source effectively at scale across multiple roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — your messages are impossible to ignore.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Adaptable, proactive, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

- Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects.
