We’re on the hunt for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help us discover top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. Join our quest to build amazing teams and make sourcing an adventure!

💪 Your quest-line:

Identify and engage top talent for technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
Use sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities) to build high-quality pipelines.
Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that capture candidates’ attention.
Manage pipelines and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS.
Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review resumes, conduct short screening calls, schedule interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Share market insights, trends, and sourcing learnings with the recruiting team.
Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and engagement.

👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:

3+ years of talent sourcing experience, skilled in using sourcing techniques and tools.
Proven ability to source effectively at scale across multiple roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication — your messages are impossible to ignore.
Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies.
Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Adaptable, proactive, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
