🚀 About you
We’re looking for a Video Maker who doesn’t just cut footage but lives in the Counter-Strike universe. Someone who knows the game, the memes, and the market and can turn that chaos into scroll-stopping videos.
đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Create short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts): 3-60 seconds, tight structure (hook → payoff), subtitles, sound sync, and light motion graphics;
- Capture and edit in-game footage (CS2 scenes) for use in videos;
- Produce long-form content (CS2 update reviews, market breakdowns, skin trends): clear storytelling, pacing, sound, and color;
- Recut streams and highlights into social clips and thematic playlists;
- Spot community moments or viral topics – and react fast with content while it’s hot;
- Work directly with the SMM team.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 1+ year of experience as a Video Editor, Content Editor, or a similar role;
- Strong understanding of the CS audience and community culture;
- Understanding of the CS economy and firsthand experience with trading;
- Ability to track creators, streamers, and pro players to spot viral moments before they peak;
- Strong awareness of esports, patch notes, market shifts, and everything happening in the CS ecosystem;
- Ability to generate, research, and pitch fresh video ideas on a daily basis;
- Ability to craft both a 15-second TikTok and a 10-minute deep dive that keeps viewers engaged;
- Confidence in Premiere Pro and comfort working with After Effects for titles, simple motion graphics, and basic color and sound work;
- Understanding of retention, CTR, and what makes people watch past the first 3 seconds;
- Ability to create videos that spark emotion, drive follows, build brand recognition, and perform;
- Ability to write clean, engaging subtitles and keep editing projects organized;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Ability to work fast, stay organized, and thrive under short deadlines

- Have experience working with streamers or community creators;
